My Skincare Routine

I just suddenly decided to blog about my facewash after washing my face lol.

I'm not gaining anything doing an advertisement for them products, I just wanna share the good stuff :)

Since my tweens, I have been having really bad skin with frequent breakouts and scars. I change my facewash often, and I don't usually buy the same product twice. I'm also quite fussy, I don't like facewashes that do not leave me a squeaky clean feeling. You know how some facewashes don't foam at all and somehow leaves your face as oily as before ya had washed it? Yeah, I hate those.

My combination skin also do not allow me to use facewashes that are too harsh, a good example is Neutrogena's Deep Clean. I found that after washing, my face feels really tight and after frequent use, my nose and cheeks started peeling :(

I have been using this cheap charcoal S$2 facewash I got from Daiso for some time. I actually found it quite good, and so far it was the only facewash product that I would purchase again when I had run out.

But these past six months, I have been using my brother's facewash. I only started using my brother's facewash after mine ran out. Initially when I only use his facewash only when mine ran out, I didn't find out how good it was. But after a few washes, I realised the facewash left my face squeaky clean and it also didn't dry it out. After I used it for a week I realised it cleans pretty well, and it seemed to have lessen my breakouts. For now, I'm hooked to this product.

I think it's the best facewash product I have tried so far, a product from Johnson & Johnson, my Clean & Clear Deep Action Refreshing Cleaner :D

With my 2 brothers using it and now me included, the wash runs out pretty fast :P

I love love love this.

Remember a few posts back I blogged about my Skinfood mini haul from Hong Kong? I wish I have gotten more! Sigh...

The Skinfood Peach Sake Ice Mist I sometimes use to freshen up in the morning or when I come back from a 13 hour work shift at night...

I have no idea whether the mist does anything for my skin, but the smell is wonderful! I feel happy after using it all the time, and sadly, it's running out soon :( Initially I thought it was a total impulse buy, but I got hooked to the feeling of the ice cold mist on my sleepy face and eyes. I got hooked to the nice peach smell I smell before I step out of my house to work, and I got hooked to the "prickling" sound it makes when I touch the cotton wool to my face. I'm crazy.

And I still think this product does absolutely nothing to my skin. Haha.

Another Skinfood product I wanna rave about:

My beloved Skinfood Aloe Sun BB cream. My miracle cream. Only rant is that I wish the SPF is higher.

And due to the combination of all of the above products, I think my skin is better now :) *touchwood! My breakouts are less frequent now, and I don't get huge ass pus-filled pimples as often. The scars on my face appears lighter, and my face is definitely less oily.

Best thing of all of the above? They are not too expensive to get! I do not want to spend alot of money on a product that I later do not like.

Hehe... if you are like me, do click here to join Fr3b.com for free samples! That way, ya don't have to spend lots of money buying a product ya don't like :) Just pay for the postage and sample packs will be mailed to your house :)

You know what could be better? If I find the perfect eye cream and moisturiser too. I will be seriously ecstatic. I'm a big big big face, hand and body moisturiser fan. I'm still switching moisturisers like crazy, hopefully I will find a permanant fave soon :) Shall look through Fr3b.com for more samples ;p
